Whole30 Day 7

Sorry for the day late posting.  I was busy last night and couldn't find the time to sit and wrap up my day.
Sunday
Breakfast:
Coffee w/coconut milk

Eggs w/kale. Cooked in coconut oil.
Meal Prep:

Roasted Chicken for the week
Lunch:

Roasted chicken, carrot fries & raw veggies
I was still hungry so I ate more chicken and carrot fries.

Snack:

Sweet potato skin with coconut oil
OMG! that was good.  I made my kiddo the sweet potato but she doesn't care for the skin, so I ate it since I was hungry.

I was still hungry so I ate veggies and butternut squash seeds.
Dinner:

Sweet potato w/coconut oil, pumpkin pie spice and salt, massaged kale and tuna
Workout:  25 minutes of Yoga plus 2 hours of intense yard clean-up.

Overall:  I was VERY hungry today.  And tired after the yard work.  I probably should have eaten more.  I am having a difficult time listening to my hunger cues.  My head says "you just ate".  Obviously I have been "dieting" for too long.  *sigh* Must fix this disconnect.
I feel really good though with my choices overall. I really want to jump on the scale, but I will wait for the end of the month.  MUST.BREAK.SCALE.ADDICTION.

Here's to a great week!

Gorgeous food! Very inspirational, helping me remember that I know exactly what good, healthy food looks like!

Roasted chicken FTW! I think that's what we're having tonight.

I'm totally having an "Eat All the Things" day too. It must be all the yard work, that totally kicks some butt.

Stay strong on the scale thing. You can jump on it in a few weeks, but it won't tell you anything substantial anyway.
