Workout: 20+ min Strength, 20 min HIIT, 10 min Pilates, 25 min Yoga
|Post workout: Cabbage, kale & parsley sauteed in coconut oil, egg whites & strawberries|
|Lunch: Taco salad made with ground turkey|
|Dinner: Beef curry on a bed of spinach and steamed broccoli.|
