Sorry for the day late posting. I was busy last night and couldn't find the time to sit and wrap up my day.

|Roasted chicken, carrot fries & raw veggies|
|Sweet potato skin with coconut oil|
|I was still hungry so I ate veggies and butternut squash seeds.|
|Sweet potato w/coconut oil, pumpkin pie spice and salt, massaged kale and tuna|
Overall: I was VERY hungry today. And tired after the yard work. I probably should have eaten more. I am having a difficult time listening to my hunger cues. My head says "you just ate". Obviously I have been "dieting" for too long. *sigh* Must fix this disconnect.
I feel really good though with my choices overall. I really want to jump on the scale, but I will wait for the end of the month. MUST.BREAK.SCALE.ADDICTION.
