If you haven't figured it out already, I am a BIG proponent of strength training, especially for women! There are so many women who fear "getting bulky" if they weight train. Let me assure you, you don't have the hormones for that! The body building women who get big, that doesn't happen by accident. It takes a lot of effort and supplementation to achieve that look. Since muscle takes up less space than fat, the only thing you will accomplish by training with weights is a tighter, firmer body (well, you might feel like bad ass too).
