Whole30 Day 19

Breakfast:
Coffee w/coconut milk
Lunch:
Salad w/chicken, olive oil & balsamic + carrots & sunbutter
This was in the salad with romaine
Dinner:
Greens (fridge cleaner, whatever I had leftover lol), eggs & bacon +leftover fruit from kids' plates
Exercise: None today :) Busy girl.

Overall: I feel awesome today. Very productive, full of energy. I drank a cup of coffee (black) at the "Thank you" breakfast at school. There was a ton of fruit, but there was also a lot of people crowding around the table that I just didn't feel like dealing with. I'll call it a success.
Something else I had success with today was making my own mayonnaise. The recipe came from Everyday Paleo. I've been doing without mayo, but I use it for my daughter and husband's lunches. It's feels good to have a whole food/paleo item instead of the "standard" condiment. Yay me :)

You look awesome!!! Yesterday I was invited out to lunch so I said yes but I told my friend I had already eaten. I ate lunch prior to going. It really wasn't too bad avoiding the bad food. It will be nice to be a little more social after the Whole30... I feel like you can't really eat out at all.

Yeah, social situations are more difficult. Only 10 days left though...
