Whole30 Day 14

Breakfast:
Coffee w/coconut milk


Lunch:
Chicken patty, carrots, sweet potato & peas
HB eggs
I planned ahead and packed my lunch this morning since I wasn't sure what my choices would be come lunch time at grandma's house. I was glad I did!

Dinner:
Hamburger patty, roasted carrots and steamed broccoli
I was craving red meat tonight and this hit the spot! So, so, so good. Roasted carrots are also quickly becoming a staple in my "dinner sides" rotation. Yum!

Exercise: Hubby and I went to his grandma's house and did yard clean up today. 3 hours of ripping out vines and trimming etc. Let me tell you, it was a workout! We still have more to do, but when we came in for lunch a massive swarm of bees showed up. That was that.

Overall: Today was definitely better! Yay! Here's to an awesome week. It's hard to believe I'm almost halfway through this Whole30!

Good looking Sunday! I like that lunch plate that you have with the divider =)
