i came over from ADDOD. I was just wondering did you love to run before you started to lose weight? I hate to run but for some reason i would love to run a marathon. Love your blog and now i am a follower. and how when did you start to love to run?

I liked your post on daily dose and so I dropped by your blog. Thank you so much for your honesty (that would be difficult for me)about being a binger, emotional eater. I am, too but it isn't something I've talked about much. I really like your specific, down to earth goals! Keep up the great work, girl!

Amber- Thanks for following. To answer your question, I kind of have a love/hate relationship with running. I love the benefits and "runner's high" and hate going out to do it sometimes. I literally drag myself out the door at times but once I get going I'm fine. I want to do a marathon next year. Running can get addicting. I've done it off and on over the years. It can be very soothing and I love to push my limits- just my personality.
Leslie- I'll be sure to stop by your blog and check it out...thanks for the encouragement.
And Cook Family- I started this blog to help me air some of my issues with binging etc. I find it cathartic to get it out. I think it also helps others to know they aren't alone in some of the bad things they do.
