My sister gave me a good idea by mentioning she was going on a
sugar strike. I think I'll tag along. A lot of my food issues stem from sweets. If I cut them out, I know I'll do better. I have done it in the past, with good results. So, here's to a sugar free zone...me!

Good for you! I would suggest replacing refined sugar with natural sugars (fruits, honey, etc.)Sometimes you just NEED to have something sweet, especially if you've just eaten something salty or savory.
