Basically after much thought and consideration about what has worked for me in the past, I came up with a plan. I just needed to sit down and logically think through what my goals are. Right now the game plan is to eat healthy and exercise consistantly. Cut out the CRAP and cut the crap I've been pulling by not exercising, not doing housework and not eating right.
So, my first step was setting up a schedule. I scheduled out my week and divided up my chores into specific days. I included everything from exercise on certain days to grocery shopping and paying bills. I then typed it up and hung it on the fridge, right next to my menu plan for the week. Last week, because I didn't "feel" like going shopping, we ate out WAY too much and I ate all crap. So anyway, enough is enough.
I know there isn't anything special about my plan. That's the point. I am taking baby steps. My goal is to stick to the schedule for 1 month. At that time I'll reevaluate and see where I can tweak it.

good plan. you are right, it just has to be apart of the schedule. also another thing that has helped me is for each day I write down how much of each of the food groups I am supposed to have and how much I am supposed to drink and that keeps me with the right limits. something to think on. hope this plan works good for you!
