Well, my first week on the new plan worked out okay. Not great, but okay. I know new routines take time, you must adjust things to make it work. So, overall I am happy. I think this week will be even better, I am filled with positive conviction that things will go my way. My goal this week is to get the exercise in. That was one area I couldn't quite manage as well as I planned. But, tomorrow starts a new week and I am ready to keep the momentum going.
