Taylor challenged her readers to pick 15 variations and do 10 reps of each. So I did. Holy cow! Talk about a workout! I almost stopped at 10, but I kept going. I felt like puking a couple times and my pushups on the last few sets weren't awesome, but I finished. I think this particular workout will be making a regular appearance in my exercise rotation.
I was dripping sweat afterwards. I almost took a picture, but I didn't want to gross y'all out :)
Anyway, if you're looking for a challenge, or just want a few ideas to mix it up, you should head over there and check it out. Don't say I didn't warn you though lol.

Love/hate workouts that make you want to stop and puke...I had that last night in my sprints :)
