General Goings-On...

So, this week was a GREAT week! I am very proud of myself. I ate well and exercised, lost 2 more lbs. I managed to get to Curves and work out 4 times. I walked there twice and drove there twice. I took a 4 (ish) mile walk on another day, and jogged about 1 mile on my way home from Curves one of the days. I was able to maintain my milk supply while doing all these things, which I must admit was my first priority. So, I'm excited! My jeans feel nicer now that I don't have to suck in to get them on...what a relief! My total lost at this point is 6 lbs. So, the game plan now is to keep doing what I'm doing. I think 4 days a week toning is great, and 1 day just walking is good. Next week I am aiming to walk over to my workouts 3x instead of just 2, and try and jog home a few times.
I am going to post challenges again next week, so be prepared. Have a great weekend. Eat well and make good choices. It becomes a habit before you know it=) I'll be the first to tell you that losing weight ain't easy, but keep at it, it'll click and happen eventually...
