Curves it is...

So, I went for it and joined Curves. So far, I'm happy with my decision. I am sore after working out for two days. Not crazy sore, just achy. Since the point of these workouts is to tone me up, it's doing the job. It's not an intense workout, but you definitely break a sweat. You do have to push yourself to get the workout you want. The machines are resistance based so you have to push them, otherwise if you're lazy, you probably wouldn't see major benefits. We'll see how I feel in a couple weeks, but for now, it's a good investment.

I think Curves is so great! It's so organized! I love that you just pop in and go around twice. They even help you check your heart rate and show you which stretches to do. I know you know all of this already! My mom used to work for Curves and I joined for a while. I would love to do it again.
